Virgin Grapefruit Mojitos

June 8, 2020 by Grace 1 Comment

These virgin grapefruit mojitos are a refreshing and zesty drink perfect for summer days. With only 4 ingredients and less than 10 minutes of prep time, this simple and delicious recipe is easy to enjoy.

What To Do With Grapefruit

The other week we were given a box of grapefruit. I’m not kidding it was at least 30 of them. Personally I hadn’t done much with grapefruit except for pour a bunch of sugar on top, but with the abundance of grapefruit floating around my house I had to find a few ways to use them. These virgin mojitos were one of them.

I have always loved the idea of mocktails. I’m not against alcoholic beverages but there are many people that choose not to drink alcoholic beverages for many different reasons. I’m underage so I’ll stick to my virgin grapefruit mojito.

These virgin grapefruit mojitos are so easy to make and only have 4 ingredients, grapefruit, tonic water, fresh mint, and simple syrup. That’s it!

This recipe will make about 3 mojitos but you could make it into 2 or 4 servings instead depending on the sizes of glasses that you decide to use. I personally used a 12oz glass that was heavily filled with ice.

When you make these virgin grapefruit mojitos, don’t forget to tag me on Instagram. I love seeing what you’re making! If you are on Pinterest you can save this recipe so that you can find it again later.
