Healthy Chocolate Rice Krispie Treats

  • 6 cup Rice Krispie Cereal
  • cups Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips


  • Combine the peanut butter, honey, and coconut sugar in a saucepan. Melt over medium heat until warm.
  • Stir in the cocoa powder and the vanilla.
  • Place the rice krispie cereal in a large bowl. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the top of the cereal. Stir until it comes together.
  • Scoop the mixture into muffin tins in either 16 or 18 equal proportions. Pat the mixture down firmly into the muffin tins. Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the tops of the rice krispie treats. Place the rice krispie treats in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
  • Remove the rice krispie treats from the muffin tins and serve. They will keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
